UIG is building a portfolio of companies involving healthcare and technology companies. The investment process involves seeking out unique opportunities in China and developing these opportunities into valuable businesses.

Currently, we are working on these opportunities:

  • Developing a US$2 B (16 B RMB) medical city in Beijing, China. The project involves multiple aspects of businesses, including building medical and research facilities as well as real estate development.
  • Building a company that manufactures specialty vehicles. This business capitalizes on the global comparative advantages of multiple countries.
