1. On April 13, 2006, the Conference and Signing Ceremony for establishment of Jing-Ha Hospital Management (Beijing) Inc. was held at the People's Congress Hall, Beijing, China. UIG is the biggest shareholder of the joint venture. The establishment of Jing-Ha Hospital Management (Beijing) Inc. marked the very solid step for BIMC project.

2. Beijing China-US International Medical Center (BIMC) of total investment 16 billion RMB, which Harvard Medical International (HMI), US Invest Group (UIG) and Tongzhou District Government have been jointly preparing to establish, has made substantial progress. On Feb. 16, 2006, Harvard Medical International successfully signed the joint memorandum about establishing BIMC with Tongzhou District Government, showing the formal start of the project.

3. In July 2005, Harvard Medical International (HMI) sent a delegation to visit Beijing. Leaded by Mr. Robert Crone, President of HMI, HMI delegation met with Mr. Jin Dapeng, director of Beijing Municipal Healthcare Bureau and made further discussions about Beijing China-US International Medical Center (BIMC) project. Both parties reached agreement upon some details about cooperation in BIMC. HMI delegation also visited some hospitals during their stay in Beijing.

4. In June 2005, UIG signed a five-year Agreement with Harvard Medical International (HMI).  According to the Agreement, UIG will be responsible for the overall investment work of BIMC project, and HMI will provide professional guidance and services to the project.

5. In January 2005, HMI signed memorandum about establishing BIMC with Beijing Municipal Healthcare Bureau.
